氯雷他定长疗程递减疗法联合卡介菌多糖治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察氯雷他定长疗程递减疗法联合卡介菌多糖核酸治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效和复发率。方法将入选的120例患者按就诊顺序随机分为两组,治疗组和对照组各60例。对照组采用氯雷他定长疗程递减疗法(10mg,1次/d×4周一10mg,1次/q2d×4周一10mg,1次/q3d×4周),治疗组在对照组治疗基础上前6周给予卡介菌多糖核酸2ml肌肉注射1次/q2d。结果治疗12周后,治疗组有效率(95%)明显高于对照组有效率(75%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.412,P<0.01);对照组复发率(35%)明显高于治疗组复发率(10%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.753,P<0.01)。结论氯雷他定长疗程递减疗法联合卡介菌多糖核酸治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效满意,复发率较低,值得临床进一步探讨应用。
