美能联合得宝松局部注射和氦氖激光照射治疗斑秃的疗效观察 被引量：4

摘要 斑秃（Alopeciaareata）是一种非疤痕性的炎症性脱发性疾病，可发生于任何年龄，尤其好发于儿童及青少年。常见的临床表现是头部出现边界清晰的圆形斑状脱发，大约半数病人病情反复发作．可迁延数年或数十年[1]，严重地影响了患者的工作、生活和心理。
