组蛋白甲基转移酶EZH2在血液肿瘤中表观遗传调控作用的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 组蛋白甲基转移酶EZH2是特异性H3K27甲基转移酶,催化H3K27甲基化从而参与异染色质形成及基因转录调控.EZH2在多种肿瘤组织中表达异常增高,其具有癌基因的活性;EZH2在髓系肿瘤发生中也可起到抑癌基因的作用.文章重点阐述EZH2的结构特点、作用方式及与血液肿瘤的关系等,为以EZH2为靶点治疗血液肿瘤提供系统认识. The histone H3 lysine 27 methyltransferase EZH2 takes part in heterochromatin formation and gene transcription regulation.EZH2 is frequently over-expressed in a wide variety of cancerous tissue types,which reveals it to be oncogenic.However,in myeloid malignancies,EZH2 could act as a tumor suppressor.This paper mainly reviews the structure and function of EZH2 and its effect on hematologic neoplasms.Taking EZH2 as target will provide systematic understanding for the treatment of hematologic neoplasms.
