摘要
阐述了油料冷榨的概念、冷榨饼粕的相关特点以及国内外学者对于冷榨饼粕的应用研究现状。通过与溶剂浸提法、传统压榨法所获得的饼粕进行比较,分析了冷榨饼粕的优势和发展前景,以期为冷榨饼粕综合利用技术的发展提供参考。
The objective of this paper was expound the concept and the related characteristics of cold pressing.The research status,the application of cold pressed cake was introduced. Compared with solvent extraction and the traditional squeezing method,then the advantages and development prospect of cold pressed cake was analyzed. So as to provide references for the comprehensive utilization of cold pressed cake.
