我国成人高等教育的现状及建立教学质量保障体系研究

Research on Current Situation of Chinese Adult Education and the Establishment of Teaching Quality System

近年来,我国成人高等教育由于受政府部门重视程度不够,师资力量薄弱,办学质量不高,社会上各种成人高等教育培训机构增多等多种因素导致生源相对萎缩,招生分数线连年下滑,学生专业素质得不到提高,社会认可度日益下降。教学质量的高低,直接影响到我国成人高等教育的生存和发展,质量就是生命线。文章结合目前我国成人高等教育的现状及相关因素,提出了构建相应的教学质量保障体系。

In the past few years, the factors such as insufficient attention from the government, lack of competent teachers, low quality of running the school and increasing social adult higher educational institutions have resulted in the decreasing number of the students, lower scores of the enrollment, unsatisfactory professional competence and less social recognition of adult diploma. The teach- ing quality affects the existence and growth of Chinese adult higher education, for it has a vital importance. The present situation and some relevant factors for present Chinese adult higher education will be analyzed and some suggestions will be provided in construction of the teaching quality systems.
