浅谈气象干部教育培训中案例教学方法的实践——以气象为农服务“两个体系”建设骨干人员培训为例

On the Application of Case Teaching Method in Meteorological Cadre Training ——Take the Backbone Training of Two Systems in Meteorology Serving Agriculture as Example

教育培训是人才工作的基础和重要环节,气象教育培训是建设高素质气象人才队伍的先导性、基础性工作。中国气象局要求中国气象局气象干部培训学院及各分院推进干部教育培训改革创新,深入研究现代气象业务发展对培训工作的需求,创新培训方式方法,增强培训的针对性和实效性。

Education and training are the base and important sector of talent work. Meteorological education and training are the pilot and fundamental works for establishing high-quality talent meteorological team. Boosting reform and innovation of cadre training in Cadre Training Institutes is required by China Meteorological Administration （ CMA）, as well as further study on the need of training work for meteorological operational development. It is also required to innovate training modes and methods. The pertinence and effec- tiveness of training work should be strengthened.
