摘要双向灵活的转学制度是美国高等教育的一个重要的标志,20世纪60年代以来,社区学院反向转学现象逐渐引起了社会的关注。文章研究了美国高等教育中反向转学现象产生的原因、反向转学优劣,在此基础上深入分析了中国近些年出现的高校毕业生"回炉"现象,为中国高等教育改革提出改进的建议。 Flexible transfer system in university is a significant symbol of American higher education, and since the 1960s, com- munity college reverse transfer phenomenon gradually aroused the concern of the society. This essay introduces the causes, pros and cons of reverse transfer, and then it analyzes China＇ s college graduates ＂re-education＂ phenomenon which appears in recent years, puts forward improvement suggestions for the retorm of China＇ s higher education.
