响应面法优化箬叶多糖提取工艺及抑菌活性研究 被引量:7

Optimization of Extraction of Polysaccharide from Indocalamus tessellatus Leaves and Its Antibacterial Activity

摘要 采用响应面分析法优化了箬叶中多糖的提取工艺,其最优提取工艺条件为:液料比40.76(mL/g),超声波功率540.55 W,超声时间54.19 min。该条件下箬叶多糖得率为7.35%,与理论值7.38%接近。考察了经初步纯化后的箬叶多糖对大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的体外抑菌作用。结果表明,所得箬叶多糖对大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均有很强的抑制作用,对地衣芽孢杆菌也有较明显的抑制作用。 The extraction of polysaccharide from the lndocalamus tessellatus leaves can be optimized through the analytical method of the response surface. Using this method, it was found that as much as 7.35% of the polysaccharide could be obtained, close to the calculated value of 7.38%, under the condition that the ratio of liquid to material 40.76 (mL/g), ultrasonic power 540.55 W, ultrasonic time 54.19 min. After initial purification of the polysaccharide, it was conducted the bacteriostasis experiments using the agar plate dilution method. The results indicated that the polysaccharide from the leaves of the lndocalamus tessellatus leaves had strong inhibiting effects on some pathogenic bacterium such as Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis, as well as obvious inhibiting effects on Bacillus licheniformis.
