微波辐射CMC-g-PAMPS/APT高吸水树脂的制备及表征 被引量:11

Synthesis and Characterization of CMC-g-PAMPS /APT Superabsorbent Resin by Microwave Irradiation

摘要 以2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为单体,凹凸棒黏土(APT)和羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)为复合组分,采用微波辐射方法制备了CMC-g-PAMPS/APT环境友好复合高吸水性树脂,探讨了合成该树脂适宜的反应条件,并利用FTIR对树脂的结构进行了表征。结果表明,APT和CMC参与了接枝共聚反应;适宜的合成条件下,树脂在去离子水和生理盐水中的吸水倍率分别为834 g/g和78 g/g;树脂的吸水倍率随盐溶液浓度和金属离子价态的升高快速下降;在树脂中引入适量的APT能显著提高树脂的吸水倍率、耐盐性能和pH稳定性。 Using 2-acrylamido-2-methyl propane sulfonic acid ( AMPS ) as monomer, attapulgite (APT) and carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) as composite components, a novel eco-friendly superabsorbent resin, carboxymethyl cellulose-g-poly ( 2-acrylamido-2-methyl propane sulfonic acid )/attapulgite, was synthesized by means of microwave irradiation. The optimum reaction conditions of the superabsorbent resin were investigated. The chemical mierostructure of the superabsorbent resin was determined by FTIR. The results show that CMC and APT participated in the grafting copolymerization reaction, and the water absorbency of the superabsorbent resin was 834 g/g in the deionized water and 78 g,/g in normal saline respectively under the optimum conditions. The water absorbency of the superabsorbent resin was decreased quickly with the increase of salt concentration and the valence of metal cation. The water absorbency, salt-tolerant performance and pH stability of the superabsorbent resin could be remarkably enhanced by introducing a proper amount of APT.
