3,3,6,6-四甲基-9-喹啉基-2,4,5,7,9,10-六氢化吖啶-1,8(2H,5H)-二酮衍生物的合成、晶体结构

摘要 由2-氯喹啉-3-甲醛及衍生物、双甲酮和醋酸铵在温和的条件下在醋酸中生成6个收率为83%~93%的化合物3,3,6,6-四甲基-9-喹啉5-2,4,5,7,9,10-六氢化吖啶-1,8(2H,5H)-二酮衍生物,并培养成单晶。通过元素分析、IR、1HNMR、质谱和x射线单晶衍射对其结构进行了表征。测得晶体Ⅲa属单斜晶系,空间群为Peon,晶胞参数为a=2.2291(4)nm,b=1.1923(2)nm,c=1.7274(3)nm,α=β=γ=90°,Dc=1.199g/cm3。 Six novel compounds of 3,3,6,6-tetramethyl-9-quinolyl-2,4,5,7,9,10-hexahydroacridine- 1,8 (2H, 5H)-dione were synthesized through the multi-component reaction of 2-ehloroquinoline-3- earbaldehyde,dimedone and ammonium acetate in yields of 83% - 93% under mild condition, and were subsequently cultured into a single crystal. The compound was characterized by means of elemental analysis, IR, 1HNMR, MS and the crystal structure was determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction. The results show that the crystal II1 a belongs to the monoclinic system with space group Pecn,with a =2. 229 1(4) nm,b = 1. 192 3(2) nm,e = 1. 727 4(3) nm,α=β=γ=90°,Dc=1.199g/cm3 .
