摘要
通过对测定食品中铝的国标方法GB/T 23374—2009进行改进,建立ICP-MS方法测定地参中铝的本底含量。比较剑川县5个地参种植基地中地参中铝的本底值,探寻地参中铝的来源,为食品监管部门监管执法和食品标准化部门制订农产品中铝的标准提供科学依据。采集新鲜成熟的地参及其相应的土壤,选择1%硝酸介质,100μg/L钪作内标,0~200μg/L标准溶液质量浓度作标准曲线,通过微波梯度消解——ICP-MS方法测定地参中的铝和土壤中总铝的含量,利用ICP-OES测定土壤中有效率含量,根据土壤中pH与有效铝的关系,研究地参中铝的来源。结果表明,建立ICP-MS方法测定地参中铝线性关系良好(R2=0.999 95),回收率为94.6%,RSD为2.13%。测定剑川县5个地参种植基地中土壤总铝含量为5.5%~7.6%,土壤pH为5.16~6.35,地参铝的本底含量在100 mg/kg^400 mg/kg。该检测方法操作简便,精密度高,重复性好,地参中的铝主要来源于地参种植过程中对土壤中有效铝的富集,铝的本底含量随土壤的pH的降低而增加,消费者应适度食用地参类食品。
By improving national standard method GB/T 23374---2009 of the determination of aluminum in food to establish the methods by ICP-MS to determine the content of aluminum in the background. Comparing the background concentration of aluminum in five plantations in Jianchuan, to search the sources of aluminum in Lycopus lucidus Turcz, provide scientific basis for the food regulators to implement the regulation and the Food Standardization Sector to formulate the aluminum standard of agricultural products. Collecting the fresh ripe Lycopus lucidus Turcz and the corresponding soil, selecting 1% nitric acid medium, 100 ug/L scandium as internal standard, 0--200 ug/L as standard curve, detect the content of total aluminum and the effective aluminum by ICP-MS, by microwave digestion gradient -ICP-MS method determination to participate in the aluminum and total aluminum content in the soil, using ICP-OES and engage effective content in the soil, according to the relationship of the soil pH and effective aluminum, research and chinalco's source. The results showed that the calibration curve was linear in the range of 0~200 pg/L for Alumim'um (R2=0.999 95); the recovery was 94.60, with RSD of 2.13%. Determining the total content of aluminum in the soil from 5 planting bases in Jianchuan county was 5.5%~7.6%. The soil pH was 5.16--6.35. The background content of aluminum in Lycopus lucidus Turcz is 100 mg/kg--400 mg/kg. This method is simple, with high precision and good reproducibility. The source of aluminum is mainly from enrichment of the effective aluminum in the soil of the planting process of Lycopus lucidus Turcz. Consumers should be moderate in eating foods that contain ofLycopus lucidus Turcz.
