摘要
利用微波消解—火焰原子吸收分光光度法(FAAS)测定青果中微量元素锰、铁、铜、锌和钴的含量。考察了微波消解及FAAS法测定的最佳条件。结果表明,微波消解样品效果好,FAAS法操作简单、快速、干扰少,空白值低,选择性好,准确度和灵敏度均能满足分析要求,结果满意。为青果的食用和药用提供理论依据。
Using microwave digestion that flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry (FAAS) for determination of trace elements in total manganese, iron, copper, zinc and cobalt content in Canarium album. The effect of microwave digestion condition on the analysis results was examined and the best analysis condition of FAAS was selected. The results showed that the microwave digestion methods are effective, FAAS is rapid, low blank value, and the measurement result is satisfactory. It provides a theoretical basis for the Chinese album Raeusch of edible and medicinal.
