液相色谱法测定荞麦制品中芦丁及12种添加剂 被引量:1

Studies on Simultaneous Determination of Rutin and 12 Kinds of Additives in Buckwheat Products by Liquid Chromatography

摘要 建立高效液相色谱法快速测定荞麦制品中芦丁及咖啡因、可可碱、苯甲酸、山梨酸、脱氢乙酸、纳他霉素、柠檬黄、苋菜红、胭脂红、日落黄、靛蓝、亮蓝12种常见添加剂的联测方法。采用外标法定量,这13种组分分别在0.05~50.0mg/L质量浓度范围内均有良好的线性关系,相关系数,为0.9990~0.9999,平均加标回收率为89.0%~104.㈣,相对标准偏差为0.6%~3.揣,方法的最低检出限为0.10-1.50mg/kg。该方法具有快速、准确、灵敏度高,实用性强的特点,满足试验室日常鉴别荞麦制品品质的工作需求。 A method was developed for the simultaneous determination ofrutin and 12 kinds of additives, such as rutin, theobromine, caffeine, benzoic acid, sorbic acid, dehydroacetic acid, natamycin, lemon yellow, amaranth, carmine, sunset yellow, indigo blue and brilliant blue, in buckwheat products by liquid chromatography. Rutin and 12 kinds of additives were well separated. The calibration curve at the concentration range of 0.05-50.0 mg/L was good linear and their correlation coefficient was 0.999 0--0.999 9, the recoveries of the 13 kinds of components in buckwheat products were 89.0%-104.0%, the relative standard deviations were 0.6% -3.2% and the lowest detection limit were 0.10-1.50 mg/kg. This method has the advantage of speed, exactness and high sensitivity, which meets the demand of distinguishing the quality of buckwheat products identification.
