高效液相色谱法测定慕萨莱斯中儿茶素含量

Determination of Catechin in Musalas Using Reversed Phase High-performance Liquid Chromatography

摘要 建立了高效液相色谱法测定慕萨莱斯中儿茶素含量。采有ZORBAX80AExtend—C18(4.6mm×150mm,5um);流动相:坎甲醇):V(1%乙酸水溶液(pH3))=10:90;流速:1.0mL/min;柱温:30℃;进样量:20uL:检测波长:280nm。儿茶素进样量在0.02-1.6ug范围内与峰面积具有良好的线性关系。该方法的儿茶素最低检出限为1.46wg/kg。儿茶素平均回收率为99.8%,KSD为0.38%。 To establish method of reversed phase hi-gh-performance liquid chromatography to determine the content of catechin in Musalas. RP-HPI_C was adopted, on a column of ZORBAX 80A Extend-Ct8 (4.6 ram× 150 mm, 5 Ima); Mobile phase was methanol : 1% aqueous acetic acid (pH 3) =10 : 90; At a flow rate of 1.0 mlJmin, column temperature was 30 ℃; Injection volume was 20 p.L and the detection wavelength of 280 nm. In the range of 0.02-1.6 Ixg, the catechin injection volume and the peak area having good linear relationship. The lowest detection limit of catechin was 1.46 ixg/kg. The average recovery rate was 99.8%, and RSD was 0.38%. The method is accurate, simple and sensible, and is suitable for the determination ofcatechin content in Musalas.
