摘要
将市购的香菇和平菇样品粉碎后经硝酸高温消解,用原子吸收分光光度计测定了Pb、Cd、Cr、Cu等重金属的含量。结果表明:不同的食用菌对同一重金属的富集能力是有差异的,同一种食用菌对不同的重金属的富集能力也不相同。香菇中Cu、Cr、Pb的含量分别为3.707 mg/kg、0.045 7 mg/kg、0.001 2mg/kg;平菇中Cu、Cr、Pb的含量分别为8.350 mg/kg,0.009 6 mg/kg,0.001 9 mg/kg。测得的新鲜香菇和平菇中Pb、Cd、Cr、Cu的含量基本在国家安全标准内。
The Shiitakefungus and Pleurotus ostreatus were powgred and then c^gested by nitric acid in high temperature, the concentrations of Pb, Cd, Cr, Cu were detected and evaluated by atomic absorption spectrometry. The results showed that enrichment abilities to an element were different among the two edible fungi, the concentrations of different heavy metal elements were different in the same edible fungi. The concentration of Cu, Cr and Pb in the shiitake fungus were 3.707 mg/kg, 0.045 7 mg/kg and 0.001 2 rng/kg, and they were 8.350 mg/kg, 0.009 6 mg/kg and 0.001 9 mg/kg in the Pleurotus ostreatus, repectively.
