摘要
建立一种简单、快速、准确测定食用油中多种抗氧化剂的检测方法,用甲醇提取食用油中10种抗氧化剂,包括没食子酸丙酯(PG)、没食子酸辛酯(OG)、2,4,5-三羟基苯丁酮(THBP)、叔丁基对苯二酚(TBHQ)、叔丁基对羟基茴香醚(BHA)、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚(BHT)、没食子酸十二酯(DG)、正二氢愈创酸(NDGA)、2,6-二叔丁基-4-羟甲基苯酚(HMBP)和没食子酸异戊酯(IAG)。该检测方法采用高速高分离液相色谱仪(UPLC),选用Waters ACQUITY BEH C18色谱柱,检测波长为280 nm,以乙酸-乙酸铵缓冲溶液(pH 3)和甲醇为流动相进行等度洗脱,此方法简便、快速、实用性强,在保证试验准确、灵敏的前提下,大大缩短了分析流程。
An easy, fast and accurate meod ofmensurating different antior, iclants in edible oil wasestablished by ultra performance liquid chromatography (UPLC). The edible oil was extracted with methanol as extraction solvents. The 10 antioxidants included PG, OG, THBP, TBHQ, BHA, BHT, DG, NDGA, HMBP, and IAG. The separation was performed on a Waters ACQUITY BEH C18 column by elution of buffer solution of acetic acid-ammonium acetate (pH 3) and methanol in gradient elution as mobile phase as the mobile phase. This method is easy, fast and practical, on the premise of ensuring accuracy and sensitivity, it can shorten the analysis process as well.
