摘要
首先,指出了人有两种"基因",即自然"基因"与文化"基因",两者功能各异;讲述了大自然创造人与人类社会,以及人类社会与文化的相互作用;阐述了教育在文化传承创新中的重要地位,指出了当前教育存在的一些缺失;分析了高等学校所开展的文化素质教育的内涵,指出了职业教育开展文化素质教育是职业教育的一个重要发展;深入论述了文化双重性与教育双重性以及两者之间的关系,指出了当前必须高度重视文化的价值理性与教育的人本性的理由。
This paper first points out that humans have to types of genes, natural and cultural, each playing a different role. It then expounds nature's creation of men and the society and explains the interaction between the society and culture. The paper then elaborates on the important role education plays in cultural continuity and innovation, pointing out some problems in current education. It goes on to analyze culture and quality education that is under way in current higher education and points out that it is a big progress to provide culture and quality education alongside occupational education. Finally, the paper discusses in-depth the binary natures of both culture and education and the relation between them, emphasizing that the rational value of culture and the importance of humanism in education.
