苜蓿对褐斑病抗性筛选研究

Screening for resistance to common leafspot in alfalfa germplasms

在实验室条件下 ,就国内外收集的 2 50份苜蓿种质材料幼苗对褐斑病的抗性进行了筛选和评价。结果表明 ,苜蓿种质材料的抗病性存在很大差异 ,幼苗发病率为 11.1%～ 10 0 % ,病情指数为 4 .1～ 73%。有 4 5份 (占总数 18% )的病指数低于 2 0 % ,且全部为国外品种。大部分材料( 78% )的病指数为 :2 0 %～ 60 %。病指数大于 60 %的 10份最敏感的材料中有 6份来自国内 。

An experiment was conducted to screen and evaluate the resistance to common leafspot in 250 alfalfa germplasms collected from both within and outside China. The result showed remarkable difference in resistance to the disease among the collected germplasms, with infection percentage and disease index ranging from 11.1%~100% and 4.1%~73% respectively. There were 45 alfalfa materials with disease index below 20% which are all from foreign countries, while most (78%) of the material studied had a disease index between 20% and 60%. The materials with disease index over 60% consisted of six from within China and four from foreign countries.
