摘要
围绕学校中心工作建设名师工作室,可采取"走出去、请进来、沉下去、上层次"等措施推进名师工作室建设。以名师为引领,以相互合作为路径,以课题研究为载体,以课程改革为抓手,实现工作室成员在现有基础上的提升,方能促进从教育、教学、管理等方面完成从教师到名师的蜕变。
Measures have been taken to construct the teacher studio and improve the quality of all the members： leading by the famous teachers, strengthening cooperation, undertaking project research, and taking the curriculum reform as the starting point. Thus, the improvement of teachers could be boosted in the aspects of education, teaching and management.
