摘要
通过两步法合成了水性聚氨酯丙烯酸复合乳液。首先在丙酮溶液中通过逐步聚合反应合成了含亲水基团的聚氨酯,将聚氨酯和丙烯酸单体混合后进行相反转,得到了含丙烯酸单体的预乳液,然后再进行乳液聚合反应,制备出了水性聚氨酯丙烯酸复合乳液。探讨了DMPA、HPMA的含量对水性聚氨酯丙烯酸复合乳液稳定性的影响,并对最终样品进行了激光光散射-纳米粒度仪、凝胶渗透色谱、透射电镜等表征。
Two-step polymerization was adopted to synthesize waterborne polyurethane acrylic composite dispersions. Polyurethane, containing hydrophilic groups previously prepared by step growth polymerization in methyl ethyl ketone was dispersed with acrylic monomers in water by the phase inversion method. In the article, the effects of factors including the content of DMPA, HPMA on the stability of the composite dispersions were studied. The composite dispersions were investigated by the Nano ZS, GPC and TEM.
