玉树马血清酯酶的多态性

Polymorphism of Serum Esterase in Yushu Horse

采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法对 ２１１匹玉树马血清酯酶的多态性进行了研究。结果表明： （１）被检玉树马血清酯酶的多态性受ＥＳＦ，ＥＳ１和ＥＳＳ ３个等位基因控制，以ＥＳ１为优势等位基因（０．５００）；（２）血清酯酶基因座的基因杂合度为０．５５２０，群体间基因分化系数很小（０．３３％）。

Yushu horses were used to investigate the polymorphism of serum esterase by means of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The results were as follows: (l )The polymorphism of serum esterase was controlled by three alleies-ESF, ES1 and ESS and the ES1 gene was a preponderant allele (0. 500) in the Yushu horses examined. (2 ) The gene heterozygosity was 0. 5520 on the locus of serum esterase. The gene differentiation coefficient among populations was very small(0. 33 % ).
