目的探讨布鲁氏菌病持续高发原因和解决方案。方法分析布病与农民生活行为的关系,分析布病与管理职能缺失的关系。结果接触家畜增加布病感染机会;流通管理缺失导致布病传染源流入;病畜变卖导致布病传染源扩散;误诊导致布病转为慢性。结论建立畜间布病监测机制;"戴乳胶手套"干预高暴露人群;分别对不同人群进行健康教育;制止病畜的流通。

Objective To discuss the reason and solution of continued high rates of Brucella. Methods To Ana-lyze the relations of brueella with farmers＇life behavior, and the lack of management functions. Results Con-tact with animal increases the chance of brueella infection , the lack of transaction management lead to the source of infection of brueella to enter , sell of sick animals lead to brucella infection to spread , misdiagnosis causes brueella become chronic. Conclusions Establishing brucella monitoring mechanism between animals, wear latex gloves＂ to intervene high exposed group, conduct health education for different people respectively, abandon trading sick animals.
