持续高热、以急性胰腺炎为首发病症的系统性红斑狼疮1例 被引量：1

摘要 1 病例报告 患者，男性，23岁，某部战士，15d前因“畏寒、发热伴咳嗽3周”在所在部队卫生队“输液、消炎”后症状缓解（用药不详）；3d后症状再现，在地方医院诊断为上呼吸道感染，使用“青霉素、喹诺酮类”等药物治疗，症状不能缓解；于2010-11-18收住我院。
