新生儿呼吸道感染的相关因素分析

Analysis of related factors causing neonatal respiratory tract infection

目的探讨导致新生儿感染的危险因素,为临床控制提供有效的科学依据。方法对2010年3月-2013年3月在医院出生的383例新生儿进行回顾性分析,总结出导致新生儿呼吸道感染的危险因素,并对其进行多因素logistic回归分析,找出导致新生儿呼吸道感染发生的独立危险因素,采用SPSS 16.0软件进行统计分析。结果医院出生的新生儿出现呼吸道感染83例,感染率为21.67%;经logistic回归分析显示,生产方式(β=1.026,OR=6.186)、侵入性治疗(β=1.345,OR=7.868)、未母乳喂养(β=1.204,OR=7.046)、羊水浑浊(β=1.095,OR=6.498)是新生儿呼吸道感染的危险因素。结论医护人员应该对容易引起新生儿呼吸道感染的危险因素加大重视程度,提倡自然分娩及母乳喂养,对存在呼吸系统感染危险的新生儿注意无菌操作,降低其感染率。

OBJECTIVE To discuss the risk factors causing neonatal respiratory tract infections, so as to provide science to clinical control. METHODS A total of 383 neonates who were born from Mar. 2010 to Mar. 2013 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively, The risk factors caused neonatal respiratory tract infection was summarized and analyzed by multivariate logistic regression method, then found out the independent risk factors which caused neonatal respiratory tract infection. SPSS 16.0 software was used for statistical analysis. RESULTS A total of 83 neonates with respiratory tract infection who were born in our hospital, the infection was 21.67%, the results of logistic regression analysis showed that mode of birt （β= 1. 026, OR = 6. 186 ）, invasive treatment （β= 1. 345, OR = 7. 868）, no breastfeeding （β= 1. 204, OR= 7. 046 ） and amniotic fluid turbidity （β= 1. 095, OR= 6. 498） were the risk factors which caused neonatal respiratory tract infections. CONCLUSION Paramedics should increase the degree of attention to the risk factors which caused neonatal respiratory tract infection, strongly advocate natural childbirth and breastfeeding. To the neonates in danger of respiratory tract infection, aseptic operation should be paid attention to, in order to decline the infection.
