未成年人隐私权的保护在我国司法实践中日益受到重视,但侵犯未成年人特别是涉案未成年人隐私的问题却难以有效遏制。保护未成年人的隐私权具有十分重要的意义,我国目前在未成年人隐私权的司法保护及媒体监督方面仍存在许多问题,国外在这方面的做法值得我们借鉴。

The protection of minors＇ privacy right has gained more and more attention in the juridical practice of our country while the violation of minors＇ privacy, in particular the privacy of the minors involved in cases, are difficult to curb effectively. The protection of minors＇ privacy right is of vital significance, but there still exist many problems in the aspect of the juridical protection and media＇ s supervision in our country at present, and the prac- tice in this field abroad deserves our reference.
