职业教育与县域经济发展的良性互动研究

Research on Benign Interaction between Vocational Education and County Economy Development

职业教育作为县域经济发展的动力源,加快职业教育发展对县域经济的发展具有十分重要的意义。在县域经济视野下,职业教育还存在教育理念相对滞后、资金投入不足、办学模式单一、区域发展失衡以及开放性办学不足等问题,严重制约了职业教育服务于县域经济的层次和水平。对此,必须从职教理念、资金投入、办学模式、教育培训等多方面入手,不断完善职业教育体系,以更好地服务于县域经济发展。

County economy is the basis for economic development. Vocational education is the power source of county＇s economic development. Under the county＇s economic vision, some problems exist in vocational education, such as the hys teretic education theory, insufficient capital investment, single schoolrunning mode, regional development imbalances and lacking of schoolrunning openness, etc., which severely restricted the hierarchy and level of vocational education serving county economy. Thus, it is necessary to optimize vocational education system from education theory, funding investment, schoolrunning mode, and education and training, so as to better serve the county＇s economic development.
