新时期我国高职院校法制教育的问题及对策

On the Problems Existing in Legal System Education of Higher Vocational Colleges during New Period and the Countermeasures

我国高职院校法制教育存在重视不够、依法治校不理想、法律课程与师资不足等问题。在借鉴美英社区学院法制教育制度的基础上,通过进一步明确法制教育的定位,加强法律教材与教师队伍建设,改革教育教学方法等措施,切实改进我国高职院校法制教育。

At present, some problems exist in the legal system education in higher vocational schools, such as lower em phasis degree, nonideal effect in running school by law, and the shortage of legal classes and teachers, etc. It is neces sary for China to be based on taking example by legal system education system of community colleges in the USA and UK, further define the orientation of legal system education, strengthen the construction of legal textbooks and teaching staff, and reform the teaching methods, so as to conscientiously improve China＇s legal system education in higher vocation al colleges.
