摘要
采用凝胶渗透色谱仪(GPC)、偏光显微镜(POM)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、毛细管流变仪研究了高流动薄壁注塑聚丙烯(PP)H9018的结构与性能。结果表明,和进口料相比,PP H9018的相对分子质量分布较宽,注射压力和热变形温度均较低,但熔体流动速率却超过进口料的,可代替进口料使用。
The structure and properties of polypropylene (PP)Hg018 with high flow for thin-wall products were studied by GPC, POM, DSC and capillary rheometer. The results show that the relative molecular mass distribution of PP H9018 is wider, the in jection pressure and the heat distortion temperature are lower than those of the imported material,but the melt flow rate exceeds that of the imported materials. PP H9018 can re-place the imported materials completely.
