The relationship between Hegelian logic and philosophy, ranscendental philosophy and political philosophy is one of the most profound questions in the study of Hegel. The concep- tual understanding on the political issues is the most prominent feature of Hegelian political phi- losophy. This special method presupposed the internal consistency between Hegel＇s transcenden- tal philosophy and political philosophy,which embodied in the spirit overtop the nature, the uni- versality exceed the particularity and the identity of concept and reality in Hegelian logic, and it constituted the theoretical basis of critique of individual right, critique of civil society and the ethical understanding on the politics of the philosophy of right.
