血清胱抑素C与颈动脉内膜中层厚度的相关性研究 被引量:4

摘要 有研究表明,炎症参与了动脉粥样硬化的发生和发展,其发病机制主要涉及细胞外基质(ECM)降解和血管壁重构,炎症介质可刺激血管平滑肌细胞促使其分泌组织蛋白酶S、K和半胱氨酸蛋白酶等。半胱氨酸蛋白酶具有促弹性组织离解特性,它可在血管动脉弹力蛋白损伤处过度表达。
