城市客车塑料座椅的强度及乘客损伤的分析 被引量:1

摘要 利用Catia三维软件建立客车座椅的实体模型,并导入到HyperMesh分析软件中建立有限元模型,在此基础上对座椅及其连接件的强度做了静态分析,利用MADYMO分析软件模拟了客车在碰撞过程中座椅对乘客的损伤。并通过试验验证了该过程对客车座椅的生产具有重要的指导和检测作用。 A solid model of the passenger seat was established by CATIA software, and then forming the finite element model by importing the 3 - D model into HyperMesh analysis software, the strength of the seat and its connections were analysed based on the finite element model, and the injury of passengers during a crash was analysed by MADYMO analysis software. The process which is verified by experiments has an important role in guidance and testing of the production of city bus seats.
