不同旋合圈数下紧固用三角型螺纹应力分布规律研究 被引量:1

摘要 紧固用三角型螺纹是一种应用很广的螺纹,其承载力的大小决定于螺纹材料的强度及螺纹联接的强度,因此有必要对某一紧固用三角型螺纹联接进行应力分析,以研究其螺纹牙上的应力分布规律。用Ansys有限元软件建立规格为M48×5的紧固用三角型螺纹联接的有限元模型,计算并分析不同旋合数及不同轴向载荷下旋合螺纹牙的接触压力、von Mises应力以及轴向位移的分布规律。数值模拟结果与实际情况比较符合。 Triangle fastening threads are applied widely in the daily life. Its bearing capacity mainly depends on the intensity of the threaded material and threaded connection. So it is necessary to study threaded teeth' s stress distribution law of some triangle fastening thread. The triangle fastening threaded connection of M48 × 5 was numerically simulated under different connection rounds by using Ansys software. And contact pressure distributions on threaded teeth, von Mises stress distributions and axial displacement distributions were analysed under different loadings and different connection rounds. The results conform very much to the practise, which is very helpful to threaded manufacture and use.
