摘要
为研究关节叠片联轴器挠性元件的应力特性,以六孔叠片为例,利用力学和微积分的相关知识推导出叠片受转矩和离心力作用下的应力计算公式。通过简化模型,计算出叠片因轴向位移和角向位移引起的弯曲应力计算公式,并提出了叠片受综合载荷作用下的分析方法。通过算例,利用Matlab软件编程计算出各种载荷下的具体值,并建立Ansys模型求出有限元解进行比较。研究表明,由所推导公式计算出的解析解和Ansys解吻合良好,证明了力学模型的有效性和实用性,为关节叠片联轴器的应用推广提供了一定的理论基础。
In order to explore the stress characteristic of flexible components of the six-hole joint bearing flexible laminated coupling, according to the basic equations of mechanics and calculus, the design equations for calculating the Tension and compression stress were conducted. Based on the simplified model, the calculating formulas of the bending stress because of the axial displacement and angular displacement were provided, and the analysis method of the membrane under the function of the synthetic loading was given. The analytical solutions with Matlab of the calculating formulas show the same results compared with the Ansys's solution through the numerical example. The studies conclude that the mechanical models are validity and practicability, and the results provide some theoretical basis for popularizing the joint bearing flexible laminated coupling.
