东道国宏观经济特征、反倾销与中国对外直接投资

Microeconomic Character of Host Country,Antidumping Duties and China's Outward FDI

本文利用泊松模型和固定效应面板模型研究了不同东道国宏观经济特征引起的反倾销对中国对外直接投资的影响。研究结论支持东道国反倾销能够触发中国反倾销跨越投资动机,并进一步发现东道国经济衰退会削弱反倾销触发的投资动机,而东道国失业增加则会强化反倾销跨越投资动机,但是东道国贸易失衡可能不会对中国反倾销跨越投资动机构成影响。

This paper studies how China's outward FDI responds to antidumping duties which arise from host country's economic feature by use of possion model and FE panel model.This paper supports that host country's antidumping duties can promote China's antidumping duties-jumping outward FDI,furthermore,it found that economic recession can weaken China' s antidumping dutiesjumping outward FDI,while host country's high unemployment can aggravate it,but the trade imbalance may not affect China's antidumping-jumping FDI.
