为解决普通织机难以织造圆角矩形织物圆角部分的难题,介绍了一种用于圆角矩形三维机织物的自动织机。该织机是在普通织机基础上加装了单纱独立送经装置、自动寻找梭口引纬装置、夹板夹取织物卷取装置等。织机的控制系统以PLC为核心,控制整机的运行状态;同时与触摸屏进行通信,将整机运行数据以动态图的形式显示,并接收触摸屏给定的工艺参数来控制执行元件,实现了操作人员与自动编织机的人机对话功能。

It is a problem to weave three-dimensional rounded rectangle fabric with general looms. This paper introduces a kind of automatic knitting machine which can solve this problem. The knitting machine is configured with independent yarn let-off machanism, auto-seeking shedding machanism and clamping- take-up machanism. It can effectively weave the rounded portion of the rounded rectangle fabric that ordinary weaving machine can not realize. The PLC is the core of the system which control the running of the loom, and communicates with the touch screen, so that the loom operating data is displayed in the form of a dynamiemap. It also accepts the given parameters from the touth screen to control the implementation of the component, thus realizing the man-machine dialogue function between.
