摘要
近年来服装行业的库存问题日益严重,为解决这个问题,研究了含有服务水平约束的、提前期内需求符合正态分布且提前期加速成本函数为连续型函数的两级服装供应链库存问题,为更加贴合实际情况,本文考虑运输费用对供应链总库存成本的影响。建立供应链库存成本的基本模型并确定决策变量,基于供应链总库存成本最小化的基础提出模型的求解算法,通过数值算例分析结果表明算法和模型的有效性及可行性,并着重分析了不同服务水平的初始值对最优解的影响,以证明其初始值对模型结果的影响极小可忽略。
In order to solve the inventory problem in current apparel industry, this article discussed the inventory problem of a two echelon supply chain which consists of a single-buyer and a single-vendor with service level constraint. For the purpose of meeting the actual situation, the demand during lead time is assumed to be normally distributed and the lead time can be shortened with continuous function. The impact of transport costs on the total cost of the inventory is also considered. Firstly, a basic model of the supply chain is setup and the decision variables are confirmed. Secondly, solution algorithm of the model based on the minimized inventory cost is proposed. Finally, through numerical examples, the effectiveness and feasibility of the model can be proved, with emphasis on the analysis of the influence of the initial value of various service levels on the optimal solution so as to demonstrate that the impact of the initial value on the result of the model is so small that it is negligible.
