介绍了一种基于PLC的X-Y工作平台控制系统。通过三菱Q02可编程控制器,配以Q172运动控制器实现X-Y工作台的二维运动控制,重点介绍软硬件结构的设计,给出人机界面进行控制和监视。通过研究,可促进X-Y工作平台在工业生产中的广泛应用。

This paper introduces a control system for PLC-based X-Y working platform.Mitsubishi Q02 programmable controller in combination with Q172 operational controller realizes two-dimensional operational control of the X-Y platform.This paper describes the design of hardware and software structure and gives the man-machine interface for control and monitoring.This research project can promote wide application of X-Y working platforms in industrial production.
