摘要 2013年10月18日美国食品和药品监督管理局（FDA）批准马西替坦（macitentan）上市，用于肺动脉高压（PAH）的治疗，以减缓疾病进展。该药由美国爱可泰隆（Actelion）制药公司研制，商品名为Opsumit。
