水胶体敷料在激光治疗小儿血管瘤术后创面应用的临床观察

目的观察水胶体敷料对激光治疗小儿血管瘤术后创面愈合的影响。方法将60例施行激光治疗血管瘤患者随机分成两组,观察组使用水胶体敷料覆盖创面,对照组使用金因肽外喷,对两组创面愈合时间及感染发生人数进行比较。结果观察组创面愈合时间(7±0.35)d,对照组(13±0.27)d,两组结果有统计学差异(t=2.352,p=0.033,p<0.05);观察组感染发生人数(4人),与对照组(10人)存在差异(χ2=3.283,p=0.035,p<0.05)。结论使用水胶体敷料可促进创面的愈合并减少感染的发生,使用方便,安全可靠。

Objectives Study the healing affection of hydrocolloid dressing for the post laser treatment of infantile hemangioma. Methods 60 infantile hemangioma patients who had received laser treatment were enrolled in two groups randomly. Experimental group was treated with hydroeolloid dressing. Control group was treated with GeneTime. The healing time and the number of infections for two groups were compared. Results The healing time： experimental group（7±0.35） d, control group（13 ±0.27） d. There are differences between two groups（t=2. 352, p=0. 033, p〈0.05） ;The number of infections： experimental group （4）, control group （10）. The results also have differences between two groups（ZZ=3.283, p=0.035, p〈0.05）. Conclusions Hydrocolloid dressing can accelerate the wound healing, prevent the wound infection.
