阐述了电子签名技术的原理,并对其应用与不足进行了分析,提出了一种指纹与电子签名技术相结合的指纹电子签名技术,并用Visual C++实现了指纹电子签名系统。

This paper introduces the principle of the electronic signature technology ,and analyses the application and the deficiency,it proposes a fingerprint electronic signature technology,introduces the fundamental principle of the fingerprint combined with the electronic signature technology, and establishes the fingerprint electronic signature system with Visual C＋ ＋ programming.
