摘要
以江苏省交通运输"十二五"发展规划为基准,提出系统的评估理念和方法,分析规划在"十二五"前期的执行情况,总结了突出的成就和经验,着重查找了发展中存在的问题,并针对性提出了"十二五"后三年的发展思路和重点,对规划的顺利实施具有积极的促进作用。
Based on the 12th Five-Year Plan of Transportation in Jiangsu, evaluation concepts and meth- ods are put forward systematically in this paper. The implement situation in the first two years of the 12th Five-Year is analyzed; the extraordinary achievement and experience are summed up. Furthermore, thr- ough considerable exploration of those former development problems, the paper offers suggestions on thought and emphasis of development in the latter three years of the 12th Five-Year, which is expected to exert positive influence on fulfillment of the plan.
