针对路桥工程施工企业在施工过程中的成本管理展开了系统的研究,结合实践分析了路桥项目施工中成本控制方面存在的问题,并提出了路桥工程施工企业成本管理的改进措施和管控方法,为目前国内的路桥施工企业成本管理提供了参考。

In allusion to the cost management of road and bridge construction enterprises during construc- tion process, the paper analyzes the existing problems of cost control in road and bridge project construc- tion combining with practice, and proposes some improving measures and control methods, which pro- vides references for the road and bridge construction enterprises in China.
