摘要
采用试验室滚筒干燥器对准东煤进行干燥试验,并根据正交试验结果分析干燥温度、干燥时间、通气量、处理量等对准东煤干燥效果的影响。正交试验分析结果表明:在滚筒干燥过程中,干燥温度、干燥时间对准东煤干燥效果的影响较大,根据煤质分析结果可建立准东煤发热量的预测模型。
Drying experiments for Huaidong coal using rotary drum dryer at lab scale were carried out, and according to results of orthogonal test, this paper analyzed how some elements such as drying temperature, drying duration, gas flux and handling capacity affected the drying effect of huaidong coal. It was turned out that in the process of rotary drum drying, the drying temperature and drying duration played moreimportant roles, moreover, the calorific value prediction model of Huaidong coal couldbe established according to coal quality analysis.
