摘要
应用X荧光光谱法重复测定磷含量分别为低、中、高的3种不同量值的有证标准煤样,通过测定值的准确度和精密度对比分析可知:应用X荧光光谱法测定煤中磷时虽在试验中存在一定的误差,但测定差值的置信范围较小,精密度优于GB/T 216—2003中规定的方法精密度,即在实验室检测中可以采用X荧光光谱法测定煤中磷,其测定过程简单且环保。
This paper applied X fluorescence spectrometry to determine the phosphorus content of three kinds of certificated standard coal samples (which had low phosphorus, medium phosphorus, high phosphorus respectively) repeatly, throughcomparative analysis of accuracy and precision of measured value, we could see that although there were some errors when using X fluorescence spectrometry to determine the phosphorus content, but the confidence interval of determination difference was relatively small, and it had better precision compared with the method which was stipulated in GB/T 216 2003, so applying X fluorescence spectrometry to determine the phosphorus content in coal in laboratory was simple and environmental friendly.
