探讨并分析了煤炭类标准物质认定证书的有关问题,重点对特性量值的测量方法和溯源性描述进行了阐述,并就煤炭类标准物质的认定值和不确定度等问题提出了相应的解决方法。

The problems related to certificate of reference material of coal were discussed and analyzed in this paper, determination value of property value and traceability description were demonstrated as well, moreover, some solutions for questions like certified value and uncertainty of reference material of coal were presented.
