鸡传染性法氏囊病Vero细胞罐培疫苗的安全性和免疫效力研究

Study on Safety And Efficacy of IBD Vaccine Produced in Fermentor by Cultivating Vero Cells on Microcarriers

使用 SPF和非免疫雏鸡分别对连续 3批鸡传染性法氏囊病 Vero细胞罐培疫苗进行了安全试验和效力试验。 10倍剂量接种 7日龄 SPF雏鸡和 16日龄非免疫雏鸡，在 21 d观察期中，接种鸡均无任何传染性法氏囊病的特征性症状出现，健康存活，剖杀观察无异常，平均囊脂数为 0.76以上。 1/5剂量免疫 7日龄 SPF雏鸡和 16日龄非免疫雏鸡， 14 d后中和抗体达 371.5(GMT)以上， 21 d时中和抗体为 977.2以上，攻击标准Ⅰ型强毒 CJ801 F15代囊毒的保护率为 90％以上。结果表明，该疫苗安全有效，也说明 Vero细胞罐培工艺切实可行。

： Three batches of live vaccine were continuously produced in fermentor by cultivating Vero eclls on microcarriers.The safety of the vaccine had been demonstrated by 7－ day－ old SPF or 16－ day－ old IBD－ negative chickens inoculated with 10 dose(50 000 TCID50)showing no clinical symptoms and pathological Change during 21－ day observation.All groups of chicks tested obtained the average bursa/body weight ratio of above 0.76 and were healthy and alive.The efficacy had also been proved by 7－ day－ old SPF or 16－ day－ old IBD－ negative chickens vaccinated with 1/5 dose.VN antibody titers(GMT)exceeded 371.5 and 977.2 at 14 and 20 day post－ challenge.More than 90％ protection against the challenge of standard serotype I virulent strain CJ801 was obtained.All these results proved that the technique for IBD vaccine produced in fermentor in applicable.
