第X期至“蚊虫珠”期鸡胚的易壳培养

In vitro Culture of chicken embryo from the X stage to the“ mosquito” stage

将发育至第 X期的鸡胚转入代用蛋壳内，分为 4组分别添加蛋清至满或空余一定气室，正立或倒置孵化，观察鸡胚发育至“蚊虫珠”期胚胎的比率。结果发现鸡胚仅在代用蛋壳气室充盈无气泡、并与壳膜充分接触时， 85％ (34/40)的鸡胚能发育至“蚊虫珠”期。

： Looking for an efficient way to culture chick embryo in vitro,we transfered freshly harvested chick embryoes of the stage X into surrogate shells and randomly divided them into four groups according to different treatments,adding egg white to full,leaving a cell of air,upside up and upside down,respectively；then counted the number of the“ mosquito” stage embryo.The results showed that chicken embryo can efficiently develops from the x stage to the“ mosquito” stage in the eggshell full－ filled with egg white,with no air bubble and closely contacted with embryo
