摘要
目的：建立测定参菊洗剂中苦参碱含量的方法.方法：采用高效液相色谱法.色谱柱为DionexC18（4.6mm×250.0mm,5μm）;流动相为乙腈-水-三乙胺（65∶35∶0.2）;流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长为220nm,柱温为30℃.结果：苦参碱在39.64～356.76μg/ml浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系（r=0.9999,n=6）,平均回收率为99.26％,RSD为0.87％（n=9）.结论：本文建立的方法简便、准确、可靠,专属性强,适用于参菊洗剂中苦参碱的常规分析和质量控制.
OBJECTIVE：To establish a method for determination of the content of matrine in Shenju lotion. METHODS：The content of matrine in Shenju lotion was determined by HPLLC using Dionex Cls column（4.6 mm x 250.0 mm, 5 μm） with the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-water-triethylamine （ 65 ： 35 ： 0. 2 ） at flow rate of 1 ml/min,detective wavelength of 220 nm and the column temperature of 30 ℃. RESULTS：The linear range of matrine was 39.64-35 6.76 μg/ml（r =0. 999 9,n =6）. The average recovery was 99.26% and the relative standard deviations was 0. 87% （n = 9）. CONCLUSION：The established method is simple, accurate, reliable and specific and it can be used for routine analysis and quality control of matrine in Shenju lotion.
