摘要
目的:建立测定参菊洗剂中苦参碱含量的方法.方法:采用高效液相色谱法.色谱柱为DionexC18(4.6mm×250.0mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-水-三乙胺(65∶35∶0.2);流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长为220nm,柱温为30℃.结果:苦参碱在39.64~356.76μg/ml浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999,n=6),平均回收率为99.26%,RSD为0.87%(n=9).结论:本文建立的方法简便、准确、可靠,专属性强,适用于参菊洗剂中苦参碱的常规分析和质量控制.
OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for determination of the content of matrine in Shenju lotion. METHODS:The content of matrine in Shenju lotion was determined by HPLLC using Dionex Cls column(4.6 mm x 250.0 mm, 5 μm) with the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-water-triethylamine ( 65 : 35 : 0. 2 ) at flow rate of 1 ml/min,detective wavelength of 220 nm and the column temperature of 30 ℃. RESULTS:The linear range of matrine was 39.64-35 6.76 μg/ml(r =0. 999 9,n =6). The average recovery was 99.26% and the relative standard deviations was 0. 87% (n = 9). CONCLUSION:The established method is simple, accurate, reliable and specific and it can be used for routine analysis and quality control of matrine in Shenju lotion.
