摘要
目的:了解护士心理契约及履行契约的现况,探讨潜在的影响因素,为护理管理者实施心理契约管理提供依据。方法:采用心理契约量表对湖南省衡阳市2所三级甲等医院的515名护士进行调查。结果 :心理契约中医院责任得分高于护士责任得分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),不同工作目的、月收入的护士心理契约医院责任方面得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),不同工作目的、班次的护士心理契约护士责任方面得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:医院应认识到护士心理契约管理的重要性,针对心理契约责任履行的不足之处,采取有效措施维护护士心理契约。
Objective:To investigate status and potential influencing factors of nurses' psychological contract and to provide nursing managers references to improve nurses' psychological contract. Methods:Psychological contract status of 515 nurses in 2 level-A hospitals in Hunan province were investigated using psychological contract scale. Results:The score of hospital responsibility was higher than the score of nurses' responsibility. Statistically significant difference in hospital responsibility scores was found in different work purposes and average monthly earnings. And statistically signiifcant difference in responsibility scores were found in different work purposes and shift schedules. Conclusion:More attention should be paid to nurses' psychological contract. Recognition of the importance of nurses' psychological contract will contribute to the improvement of nurses' psychological contract.
