二、三级精神病专科医院护士亚健康状态与压力源的调查研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的:了解二、三级精神病专科医院护士亚健康状态及压力源现状并进行分析。方法 :采用问卷调查法,调查山西省某二、三级精神病专科医院临床护士各73名和86名。结果 :二、三级精神病专科医院护士的亚健康状态发生率分别为91.8%、91.9%;三级医院护士的亚健康症状得分及工作压力明显高于二级医院护士;三级医院护士的压力源各条目得分也均高于二级医院;二、三级精神病专科医院护士的首位压力源均为护理专业及工作方面,压力源排序前5项内容相近。二、三级精神病专科医院护士工作压力与亚健康状况呈显著正相关。结论 :护理管理者应关注护士亚健康及工作压力,并采取有效措施,缓解护士压力,预防和控制亚健康状态。 Objective:To investigate and analyze sub-health status and job stressors of nurses in secondary and tertiary psychiatric hospitals. Methods:Questionnaire survey was used to investigate 73 and 86 nurses in secondary and tertiary psychiatric hospitals respectively in Shanxi Province. Results:The incidence rates of sub-health status were 91.8%and 91.9%among nurses in secondary and tertiary hospitals respectively. The sub-health symptom score and job stressor score of nurses in tertiary hospital were both signiifcantly higher than those of nurses in secondary hospital. The scores of job stressor items of nurses in tertiary hospital were all higher than those of nurses in secondary hospital. The primary job stressors were from nursing profession and work for nurses both in the two hospitals, and the orders of the top ifve job stressors were similar. Nurses' job stressor and sub-health status were positively correlated. Conclusion:Nursing managers should pay attention to nurses' health and job stressors, and take effective measures to alleviate nurses' pressure and to prevent their sub-health status.
